On June 10, Dean Mike Hampton moderated an Executives in Hospitality Roundtable themed “IMPACT: Hospitality Education Beyond 2020” at the new FIU center in the nation’s capital. The event brought together industry thought leaders who shared insights on how higher education institutions will align with the evolving needs of the industry, dictated by the massive transformations taking place in global economies, markets, technologies, environments and other macro factors.
