Ph.D. in Business Administration: Specialization in Hospitality Management
The Ph.D. program is offered in conjunction with the Chapman Graduate School of Business in the FIU College of Business. Admissions decisions are determined by the Chapman Graduate School.
Degree Overview
Students admitted into the Chapman Graduate School of Business’s doctoral program must take all courses required by the Management & International Business Department. Doctoral candidates must also take two elective graduate courses from the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and conduct a dissertation in the area of hospitality and tourism management (24 credit hours). Upon completion of the program, students will obtain the Ph.D. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business Management and a specialization in Hospitality Management.
