The 2015 Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Food & Wine (SOBEWFF) will take place February 19 – 22, 2015 and the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management is looking for students to take on key leadership roles within the Festival.
