On September 23, the five Carnival Gold Scholars and their families were acknowledged during a reception and dinner held at the Chaplin School. The students received their medallions and certificates and were recognized by FIU President Mark Rosenberg and executives from Carnival Cruise Lines and Carnival Foundation.
