The Institute for Hospitality & Tourism Education & Research (IHTER) kicked off Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits 18 month Emerging Leaders Program with a three day immersive leadership development program facilitated by adjunct faculty Patricia Sadar and co-facilitator Jared Smith on January 17-19, 2017. Nineteen of Southern Glazer’s top emerging talent were brought together to participate in this high-impact training program that included topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Management, Strategic Decision-making, Motivation through Inspiration, Problem Solving, Executive Presence, Accountability, High Performing Teams and DISC assessment and results.
